Many’s Hart Airport officially closed for repairs Monday morning, Oct. 20 at 8 a.m. The airport will be closed up to 90 days for the repairs. Airport Chairman Kenneth Ammons stated, “We are hoping for 60 days, but that depends on weather.” Early Monday morning, Airport Manager Lee Woods was on site watching as the machinery began digging up the present runway.
