Shelton L. Frazier of Zwolle, son of Irvin Frazier and Yvette Perry, and Amber L. Lange, of Port Acres, Texas, the daughter of Todd Lange and Wendi Collins, will exchange vows of holy matrimony in a private ceremony on Oct. 18, 2014, at 5 p.m. at the Temple of Living Word Ministries in Zwolle.
