The Sabine Hall of Fame’s Achievement Award, presented to a native of Sabine Parish who has distinguished himself in
his career and community, will be awarded to Larry O. Arthur, Ph.D. of Frederick, Md. on Tuesday night, April 1 at the annual
banquet.
