Funeral services for Michael Rivers, 57, of Zwolle, will be held on Monday, November 30, 2020 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Keith Garvin officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Joseph Cemetery. Michael Alan Rivers was born on Monday, September 9, 1963 in Shreveport. He passed away on Thursday, November 26, 2020 in Shreveport. He was preceded in death by his father, Bobby Gene Rivers; nephew, Randal Rivers, Jr.; uncle, Willie Laroue; maternal grandparents, Ida Mae Laroue and Tony Earl Sepulvado; paternal grandparents, Ethel Laroue and Sam Henry Rivers. He is survived by his daughters, Lindsay Elizabeth Rivers of Many; Ellon Nicole Brooks of Cabot, Arkansas; special friend, Kimberly Ebarb Procell of Ebarb; mother, Carolyn Ann Rivers of Zwolle; grandchildren, Carmen Isabella Pearce and Isaac Nash Brooks; siblings, Beverly Sepulvado and husband Doug of Zwolle; Randy Rivers and wife Angela of Yoakum, Texas; Jean Falcon and husband Johnny of Many; Lori Rivers and husband Gilbert of Zwolle; Bobby “Man” Rivers and wife Renee of Many; Nick Rivers and friend Karen of Catuna, Louisiana; along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
