Last week in light of looming pandemic restrictions, the Board of the Directors of the Sabine Hall of Fame voted to immediately present one of their 2020 honorees, Mr. Dale Skinner, with the Special Recognition Award. He was selected for the award earlier this year, which recognizes his many achievements in bettering local communities, Sabine Parish, its organizations and endeavors.
