Funeral services for Marilyn Osborn, 71, of Many, were held on Tuesday, January 14, 2020 at St. John The Baptist Catholic Church with Father Francis Kamau officiating. Burial followed in the St. John The Baptist Catholic Cemetery.
Marilyn Margaret Osborn was born on Saturday, November 27, 1948 in Shreveport. She passed away on Tuesday, January 7, 2020 in Shreveport. She was preceded in death by her parents, John Berchmans Spohrer and Peggy Marilyn (Ponselle) Spohrer; and husband Ronald “Ronnie” Osborn.
She is survived by her daughter, Angela Osborn of Many; son, R. J. Osborn of Oil City, Louisiana; sisters, Barbara Sanders and husband W. K. of St. George Island, Florida and Theresa Spohrer of St. George Island, Florida; brothers, J. B. Spohrer, Jr. and wife Helen of East Point, Florida and Richard Spohrer and wife Yvonne of Shreveport; grandchildren, Alex Adams, Kelsey Osborn, Samuel Adams, Zach Osborn and Wyatt Osborn; along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Pallbearers: Tommy Osborn, Richard Spohrer, R. J. Osborn, Alex Adams, W. K. Sanders and Matthew Rains.
Honorary Pallbearer: Timmy Spohrer.
