Funeral services for Nathane Callens, 28, of Frierson, Louisiana, were held on December 3, 2019 at Old Pisgah Baptist Church with Rev. Dean Johnson and Rev. Ben Isgitt officiating. Burial followed in the Belmont Cemetery.
Nathane Dean Callens was born on Thursday, March 14, 1991 in Shreveport. He passed away on Sunday, November 24, 2019 in Shreveport. He was preceded in death by his father, William Dean Callens; grandfather, William Clyde Callens.
He is survived by his wife, Shawna Callens of Frierson; two sons, Mason Callens and Bryson Callens of Frierson; two daughters, Makenzi Levingston and Allie Callens of Frierson; mother, Ronda Burton of Benton; mother, Deborah Hubbard of Keithville; sisters, Shelby Callens of Keithville, and Chelsey Burton of Bossier City; brothers, Nicholas Callens of Benton, William Callens of Many, Matthew Callens of Keithville, Joshua Johnson of Freeport, Florida and David Keith of Benton; nephew, Amos Hollifield of Bossier City; along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Pallbearers: Nicholas Callens, David Keith, Matthew Callens, Tater Marr, Jackson Nelson and Justin Ray.
