The Sabine Parish School District’s (SPSD) high school graduation rate has increased for the fourth consecutive year to 95.4%. Louisiana’s graduation rate is currently 81.4%. The district continues to rank among the top 10 districts in the state with a graduation rate greater than 95% and is ranked first in the Central Region. Converse and Florien lead the district with a rate of 100%, with Florien exhibiting significant gains. Many High and Pleasant Hill are ranked second and third respectively, in graduation rates within the district.

Sabine Parish students are graduating college and career ready. Sixty-five percent of the Class of 2018 earned college credit and/or statewide credentials. Data released by the Louisiana Department of Education indicates that Sabine Parish ranked among the top 25 districts in the state and ranks third in the Central Region, with the highest percentage of graduates earning early college credit and/or statewide credentials. The state average is 50%. Zwolle, Converse, Ebarb and Florien respectively, exceed the district percentage of 65% and lead the district in the percentage of students earning credentials. Every high school in Sabine Parish offers advanced and basic credentials.
