Funeral services for Thelma Carlena Lee, 90, of Florien were held July 12 at First Baptist Church of Florien with the Rev. Wayne Chance officiating. Burial followed in the Florien Cemetery. She was born Tuesday, January 18, 1927 in Sabine Parish and passed away on Sunday, July 9, 2017 at Many Health Care North in Many. She was preceded in death by her parents, Benjamin Franklin Davis and Charlotte Davis; husband, Oscar Lee; daughter, Charlotte Strother; brothers, Herman Davis and Ray Davis; and sisters, Lillian Davis and Arlene Dalton. She is survived by her sons, Oscar Wayne Lee and wife, Karen, of Bossier City and Benny Lee and wife, Lynn, of Florien; daughter, Debra Lucius and husband, James, of Florien; brothers, George Allen Davis of Monroe and James Lynn Davis of Many; seven grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Pallbearers were Terry Anthony, Jason Carnline, Greg Dalton, Brian Davis, Benjamin Lee, Jonathan Lee, Chad Strother, and Dewain Strother.
