Betty Rascoe

Funeral services honoring the life of Betty Sebren Rascoe, 71, of Converse were May 4 at Union Springs Baptist Church in Converse with the Reverends Richard Enterkin and David Lane officiating. Burial followed at Union Springs Cemetery in Converse. Betty was born on January 5, 1946 to James Sebren and Julia Sebren Raborn and entered into rest on May 1, 2017. She was preceded in death by her father, James Leroy Sebren; paternal grandparents, George and Alpha Sebren; and maternal grandparents Albert and Maude Ott. Those left behind to cherish her memory are her husband, Douglas Albert Rascoe; mother, Julia Sebren Raborn; son, James Douglas Rascoe and his wife, Janet; daughter, Kathon Ryna Rascoe Miller and her, husband, James; sister, Patsy Rascoe and her husband, Thomas; brother, Robert Sebren; grandchildren, Abbie Elizabeth Winkler, Emily Brooke Miller and Justin Blake Miller; great-grandsons, Brayden and Landon Manshack; and a host of nieces and nephews. Honoring as pallbearers were Michael Rascoe, Scotty Lockwood, Jordan Rascoe, Chris Fletcher, Allen Rascoe, and Colton Fletcher.
