John Wayne fans will have the opportunity to watch one of his greatest movies Saturday night, March 11, at 7 p.m. at the Many Community Center. Admission is free.
“True Grit,” made in 1969, has become a true movie classic. Iconic actor John Wayne won an Academy Award for best actor when he played the role of Rooster Cogburn, a grumpy, pot-bellied aging U.S. marshal.
