The Sabine Hall of Fame is pleased to announce William Edward Ruffin of Many as the 2017 inductee into the prestigious gallery of local men and women who have distinguished themselves in family, community and public service. Pete Abington, chairman, made the announcement earlier this week. Ruffin will be honored at the 20th Annual Sabine Hall of Fame Banquet on Tuesday night, February 28 at the Life Church on Highway 171, south of Many.
