Funeral services honoring the life of Herbert Joe Sudbury, 88, were held December 3 at Toledo Bend Church of Christ in Many with Minister Stuart Bailey officiating. Burial followed at Toledo Bend Church of Christ in Many. Herbert was born on May 30, 1928 in Natchitoches to Herbert James Sudbury and Mary Flora Sudbury. He passed away on November 30, 2016 with his family by his side. Preceding him in death were his parents, Herbert James Sudbury and Mary Flora Sudbury and his wife Louise Sudbury. He is survived by his sons, James Sudbury and wife, Lisa, of Terrell, Texas and Paul Sudbury and wife, Paula, of Arlington, Texas; grandchildren, Bethany Reynolds and husband, Mark, Trevor Sudbury, Joshua Sudbury, Angela Fleming and husband, Eric, Michael Swanson and wife, Taylor, and Eden Thompson and husband, Josh; and great grandchildren Jacob Reynolds and Blayne Fleming.
