Mr. Anthony “AJ” Joseph Cusimano Jr., 77, of Florien went to be with the Lord on Friday, November 25, 2016. He was born on February 26, 1939, to Anthony Cusimano Sr. and Jennie Guzzino Cusimano in Lake Charles. Mr. Cusimano retired and relocated to the area two years ago. Mr. Cusimano loved to hunt deer and hogs as well as bass fish. Mr. Cusimano was a member of Pisgah Baptist church for one year and was baptized in June at Pisgah Baptist Church. He had been involved in Mission work in Alabama since 2005 with Thompson Chapel Assembly. He will be missed by all who were blessed to know him. Mr. Cusimano was preceded in death by his parents, Anthony Cusimano Sr. and Jennie Guzzino Cusimano and son, Steven Cusimano. Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Marion Garza Cusimano; daughter, Susan Delaney-Okey; grandchildren, Kristian and Katelyn. Visitation will be December 1, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Hixson Funeral Home in Leesville. Visitation will resume December 2 from 8:30 a.m. until the time of service at 10 a.m. at Pisgah Baptist Church in Florien with the Rev. C.M. Kelly officiating.
