Funeral services for George W. Henderson, Sr., 78, of Zwolle, were held on October 15 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Richard Norsworthy officiating. Burial followed in the St. Joseph Cemetery. George W. Henderson, Sr. was born on Monday, April 4, 1938 in Texas. He passed away on Wednesday, October 12, 2016 at his residence in Zwolle. He was preceded in death by his father, K. G. Henderson, Sr.; mother, Ruth Craig; brothers, K. G. Henderson, Jr. and Rickey Craig; and step-son, Jerry Sepulvado. He is survived by his wife, Elaine Henderson; children, Jacqueline Foster and husband, Eddie, Dana Lara, George Wayne Henderson Jr., and Edward Lynn Henderson; step-children, Judy DeLacerda and husband, Ted, Connie O’Leary and husband, Terry Sr., and Linda Sepulvado and special friend, Rickey Cryer; step-daughter–in-law, Lisa Sepulvado; sister, Linda Sproul; brothers, Donald Henderson and wife, Deborah, Jackie Craig and wife, Pricilla, Danny Wayne Craig and wife, Charlotte, and Michael Craig and wife, Belinda; grandson, David Wayne Hickinbottom; stepgrandchildren, Jeff DeLacerda, Candice O’Leary Brandon and husband, Josh, Jeanna DeLacerda Bridges and husband, Jeremy, Terry O’Leary Jr. and wife, Witney, Blayne Hershberger and wife, Courtney, and Noah Sepulvado; step great-grandchildren, Karsyn Brandon, Braylon Hershberger, and Peyt O’Leary along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Pallbearers were Jeff DeLacerda, Terry O’Leary Jr., Blayne Hershberger, and Josh Brandon, Jeremy Bridges, Noah Sepulvado, Nick McGee, and Mark McGee. Honorary Pallbearers were Terry O’Leary, Sr., Ted DeLacerda, and Rickey Cryer Online condolences may be made to the family at www.warrenmeadows.com.
