A group from St. Ann Catholic Church in Ebarb recently made a pilgrimage to enter the Holy Door of Mercy at St. John Berchmans Cathedral in Shreveport on Sunday, September 28. Several of the group attended the 8 a.m. mass at the cathedral with Fr. Peter B. Mangum presiding. Immediately following Mass, Mangum conducted a tour of the Cathedral of St. John Berchmans. He gave a brief history of the church as the group entered the vestibule, main body of the church, choir loft and the sanctuary and altar.
