Funeral services for Marguerite Bossier Williams were held at Union Springs Baptist Church in Converse on April 16 with Brother Dick Enterkin officiating. Burial followed in Union Springs Cemetery. Annie Marguerite Bossier Williams entered into eternal rest on April 14, 2016 at the age of 97 years old. She was a longtime member of The Eastern Stars Louisiana Chapter of Converse. Marguerite was born January 3, 1919 in Converse. She is preceded in death by her husband, Gaddis L. Williams; father, Obie Bossier, Sr.; mother, Lottie Hatcher Bossier; brothers, Norman Bossier, Roy and Ray Bossier, and Obie Bossier, Jr. and sister Helen Bossier Stacy. She is survived by brothers, Bernis Bossier and Bernard Bossier and wife, Ann; children, Gerald Williams and wife, Alicia, Willie Ray Williams and friend, Linda, and LyNelle Williams Springer and husband, Cleveland; grandchildren, Carlton Williams, Lorraine Hall and husband, Mike, Traci Williams, Nelson Springer, Jonathon Springer and wife, Christie, Jennifer Springer and Jessica Duplichin and husband, Patrick; great grandchildren, Tyler Williams, Jake Hall, Katelyn Hall, Jason Hall, Jeremy Hall, Libby Hall, Jason Gaskin, Karson Springer, Hailey Springer, Alonna Springer, Braiden Barnes and Hunter Barns; great-great grandchildren, Nash Hall and a host of nieces and nephews. Those honoring the life of Annie Marguerite Williams as pallbearers were Carlton Williams, Mike Hall, Jake Hall, Jonathon Springer, Jason Hall, and Tyler Williams.
