Funeral services for Billie B. Branam, 73, of Many were held on Monday, March 7 at Little Flock Baptist Church with the Revs. Leon Manshack and Wayne Chance officiating. Burial followed in the Little Flock Cemetery. Visitation was held on Sunday at Little Flock Baptist Church. Billie B. Branam was born on Friday, November 27, 1942 in Zwolle. She passed away on Friday, March 4, 2016 at Willis Knighton Pierremont in Shreveport. She was preceded in death by her parents, Buey and Lovie Peace Woodle; and son, Keith Branam. She is survived by her husband, Ottis Branam of Many; children, Katrina Branam Dowden and husband, Wayde, of Many; Dane Branam and wife, Kim Ray, of Many; Nerissa Branam Pitt and husband, Mike, of Many; and Tracy Branam and wife, Cherokee, of Man.; sister, Mattie Sue Lofland and husband, Chuck, of Greenville, South Carolina; brother, Grover Woodle of Many; grandchildren, Brandon Dowden, Chase Dowden, Leon Norsworthy, Matt Branam, Brad Pitt, Cody Pitt, Jesse Branam, Alana Branam, Hannah Branam, Haylie Pernemter, Rance Permenter, Jacob Walker, Rylee Walker, Kyle Permenter, Colby Garcie, Blayne Greer and Macaulay Greer; great-grandchildren, Lovie and Goldie Dowden, Levi Branam, Brayden “Dood” Permenter, Jake Norsworthy, Laney Norsworthy, Brooklyn Norsworthy, Hunter Walker, Buck Walker, Kasyn Greer, Baby Pitt, Baby Permenter and Baby Greer due this summer; along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Pallbearers were Brad Pitt, Cody Pitt, Brandon Dowden, Chase Dowden; Matt Branam, Jesse Branam and Leon Norsworthy. Honorary Pallbearers will be Jacob Walker and Kyle Permenter.
