    Funeral services honoring the life of Raiford Rogers, 88, were held at 11:30 a.m. Friday, March 4, 2016 at First Baptist Church in Pleasant Hill with the Reverend Denver Ebert officiating. Burial followed at Spring Ridge Cemetery in Pleasant Hill. The family received friends at the First Baptist Church on Friday, March 4, 2016 from 11:30 a.m. until time of service at 1:30 p.m. Raiford was born in Stephens, AR to Roy E Rogers and Lois Wilson and passed away at the hospital in Mansfield with his daughter and son-in-law by his side. Preceding Raiford in death were his wife, Betty Yvonne Rogers; son, Raiford Johnson Rogers; parents, Roy Rogers and Lois Wilson, and one brother, Wilson Rogers. Those left behind to cherish his memory are daughter, Cheryl Rogers Cox and beloved son-in-law, Buddie Charles Cox; brother, Roy M. Rogers; sisters, Lorene Cheatham, Nancy Smith, Sally McLaurin, Mary Nell Channell and a host of nieces and nephews who loved him dearly.
