Funeral services for Dorothy Jean Foster, 80, of Many were held on January 20 at Gandy Baptist Church with the Rev. William Speight officiating. Burial followed in the Lewing Cemetery. Dorothy Jean Foster was born on Wednesday, July 10, 1935 in Sabine Parish. She passed away on Monday, January 18, 2016 at her residence in Many. She was preceded in death by her parents, John Hampton Eason and Maylene Eason; husband, Carlton Douglas Foster; sons, Kelly Lynn Foster and Kendal Craig Foster and her great granddaughter, Brittany Taylor Snider. She is survived by her daughters, Wanda Westbrook and husband, John, of El Dorado, Arkansas, Dantina Speight and husband, David, of Many and Dundee Fredieu and husband, Carey, of Many; sons, Keith Foster and wife, Sharee, of Lake Charles, Johnny Foster and wife, Micheline, of Zwolle and Chris Foster of Florien; sister, Joyce Trichell of Many; brother, Russell Eason of Many; 20 grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends. Pallbearers were Brandon Westbrook, Kyle Foster, John Foster, Landon Fredieu, Peyton Fredieu, and Tanner Foster. Honorary Pallbearer were Garrett Foster.
