Candidate qualifying for the March 5, 2016 Primary Election will be held in the office of the Sabine parish Clerk of Court beginning on Wednesday, December 2 from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. and will run through December 4, closing at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. The clerk will hold qualifying for Democratic & Republican State Central Committee Members, Democratic & Republican Parish Executive Committee Members, Florien Mayor, Chief of Police and Aldermen (3).
