    Funeral Services for Leslie Gene Cabra, 75, of Hornbeck, were held on November 14 at Prewitt’s Chapel Baptist Church in Hornbeck with the Rev. Nick Hilton officiating. Burial follow in the Prewitt’s Chapel Cemetery in Hornbeck. Leslie Gene Cabra was born on Wednesday, September 11, 1940 in Hornbeck. He passed away on Wednesday, November 11, 2015 at his residence in Hornbeck. He was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd and Irene Dowden Cabra; grandson, Zane Kiriakos and brother, Barney Cabra. He is survived by his wife, Linda Cabra of Plainview; sons, Richard Cabra and wife, Vicki, of Keithville and Robert Cabra and wife, Melissa, of Plainview; daughter, Lisa Kiriakos of Baton Rouge; sister, Barbara Evans Parker and husband, Jimmy, of Hornbeck; grandchildren, Jacob Cabra of Keithville, Joshua Cabra of Keithville, Hadley Cabra of Plainview, Gentry Cabra of Plainview, Gabriel Kiriakos of Japan and Marilyn Askari of Hawaii; great grandchild, Leon Kiriakos of Japan along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
