    Celebration of life and going home services for Mary Elizabeth Whinery, 75, will be held on Friday, October 23 at the Cane River Missionary Baptist Church in Natchitoches at 3 p.m. with the Rev. Joey Grappe officiating. Mary Elizbeth Whinery was born on October 19, 1939, in Zell, Missouri, and went home to be with her Lord and Savior on October 16, 2015 in Many Preceding her in death were her parents, Herman and Grace Braun and husbands, James Streb and Jean Whinery. Left to cherish her memory are her son, Scott Streb and wife, Laurie, of St. Peters, Missouri; daughter, Sandra Webb and husband, Glenn, of Many; sister, Janet Bachmann of Eureka, Missouri; brothers, Robert Braun of St. Charles, Missouri, Francis “Tony” Braun of Arnold, Missouri and Norman Braun of St. Pete Beach, Florida; seven grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
