Donna Manuel, Sabine Parish Elementary Teacher of the Year, was honored at the Crown Plaza Hotel on July 11 in Baton Rouge, as a finalist for Louisiana Teacher of the Year for 2016. She was joined in celebration by many friends and relatives. Manuel, who began teaching in Sabine Parish in 1991, has been named Sabine Parish Elementary Teacher of the Year three times during her teaching career in Sabine
