Louisiana Secretary of State Tom Schedler has high praise for his Undersec-retary of Management and Finance, Joe R. Salter, who is being inducted into the Sabine Parish Hall of Fame on March 31st. Salter has worked hand in hand with Schedler since 2012 and is a trusted confidant as well as an integral member of the Secretary’s Executive Leadership Team.
