    Funeral Services for Robert “Bo” Blackwell, 48, of Marthaville were held on Feb. 23, at Old Pisgah Baptist Church with the Rev. Dean Johnson officiating. Burial followed in the Old Pisgah Cemetery. Bo Blackwell was born on Wednesday, Oct. 12, 1966 in Many. He passed away on Saturday, Feb. 21, 2015 at his home in Marthaville. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Frasier Blackwell; paternal grandparents, Howard and Leoda Blackwell and maternal grandmother, Gladys Peterson. He is survived by his parents, Phyllis and Paul Patton of Marthaville; sisters, Pam Dillard and husband, Greg, of Robeline, DJuana Singletary and husband, Kerry, of Marthaville and Ginger Patton of Many; aunt, Peggy Bruce and husband, Julian, of Lake Charles; nephews, Jeremy Dillard, Cade Dillard, Caleb Dillard and Dustin Singletary; nieces, Tarin Jeter and Leah Gunter; six great nieces and nephews; special friend, Pam Patton of Many along with a host of cousins and friends. Pallbearers were Jeremy Dillard, Cade Dillard, Caleb Dillard, Dustin Singletary, Lamar Peterson, Joey Jeter and Will Gunter. Honorary Pallbearer was Bo Peterson.
