Funeral Services for Peggy Jo Baker, 70, of Florien, were held on Saturday, Nov. 22 beginning at 11 a.m. at Warren
Meadows Funeral Home Chapel in Many with the Reverends Billy Gibbs, John Lewing and Ricky Robertson officiating.
Burial followed in the Mt. Carmel Cemetery of Florien. Peggy Jo Baker was born on Sunday, July 09, 1944 in Many. She passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2014 at Grace Home in Shreveport. She was preceded in death by her parents, Benny and Eula Masters Robertson; husband, Jerry Baker; son, Houston Rains and brother, Bobby Robertson.
She is survived by sons, Gerald David “Jay” Baker, Jr. and wife, Brenda of Benton and Wilson Baker and wife, Trish, of Frierson; daughters, Mary McDonald and husband, Bradley, of Converse and Joyce Warren and husband, Dale, of Florien; daughter- in-law, Cindy Rains, of Branson, Mo.; brother, Doug Robertson and wife, Connie, of Florien; special friend, Joyce Fern Pilgreen along with a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends. Pallbearers were Brad Robertson, Chad Robertson, Ronnie Robertson, Kendall Robertson, DeWayne Bridges and Kyle Chatman. Honorary Pallbearers were Ronnie Pilgreen and Stephen Chatman.
