The inaugural Les Bon Temps Bluegrass Fete invites music fans and families to enjoy two days of live performances, gospel songs, and rhythmic bluegrass in the historic village of Florien, Louisiana. Set for Friday, September 12 through Saturday, September 13, 2025, the event is held at the FHS Auditorium, located at 146 Pearl Street.
Friday night, the doors open at 5:30pm and music begins at 6pm with performances by Jimmy Jack Foundation, Jonathan Causey and Jon Gideon, Catahoula Drive, Edgar Loudermilk Band, and Alan Sibley and the Magnolia Ramblers.
Saturday’s tunes will get you in the bluegrass spirit, beginning with the day session from 12pm to 4pm, followed by an evening session from 6pm to 10pm. Both sessions will include performances by The Spring Chickens, Catahoula Drive, Dave Adkins and Mountain Soul, Mountain View Connection, and multiple sets by the Edgar Loudermilk Band.
The FHS Auditorium holds indoor seating with ample parking and shuttle service from Florien High School parking lot, on-site concessions and local vendor booths, and a welcoming environment for all ages.
Ticket prices are set for $15 Friday only, $25 for Saturday only, or get a two day pass for $35. All tickets will be available at the door or online and are non-refundable after purchase. Proceeds from the festival benefit Florien Music Roots program, helping to fund instrument purchases and maintain their traditional roots music curriculum for 4th-6th grade students.
