The annual GOD BLESS AMERICA patriotic concert will be Saturday, July 5, at the Many Community Center on San Antonio Avenue.
Willie Stewart Family and Friends will return for the fifth year of this patriotic concert to benefit the Wounded Warriors Project. Sponsored by the Town of Many, the concert is free to attend, but everyone is encouraged and asked to make a donation to the Wounded Warriors Project.
The music begins at 6:30 p.m. but the doors to the Community Center will open at 5:30 p.m.
This year, those people who donate to the Wounded Warriors Project will be given a ticket to possibly win a prize. Drawings will be held throughout the concert and patriotic prizes will be given out to the lucky winners. Local businesses in Many have been generous in donating prizes such as American flags and other patriotic items.
Willie and his family and friends have already been preparing for the God Bless America concert, and he promises that this “will be the best show we’ve ever performed.”
