    Funeral services for Marion Pearl Elliott, 82, of Zwolle, were held on Friday, Aug. 29, beginning at 10 a.m at the First United Methodist Church of Zwolle, with the Rev. Nathaniel Langford officiating. Burial followed in the Zwolle City Cemetery. Marion Pearl Elliott was born on Thursday, Oct. 1, 1931 in Fairview, MA. She passed away on Sunday, Aug. 24, 2014 at Life Care Hospital in Shreveport. Marion Pearl Elliott was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Zwolle, and the UMW in Zwolle. She was also a lifetime member of the VFW Ladies Auxillary. She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Marion Brown Crooks; her husband, William C. Elliott ;one brother and three sisters. She is survived by her son, Charles Lynn Miller and wife, Rhonda Key, of Wichita Falls, Texas; her daughter, Lucinda Miller Fryday and husband, GW (Bill) Fryday, of Zwolle; three grandchildren, Anthony Craig Holmes of Virginia, Devin Lynn Bonds of Alabama and Wendy Rivera of Texas; four great grandchildren along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
