Serving the community brought joy to Mr. Brandon and afforded him the  opportunity to meet new friends and reconnecting with old friends, which he loved. He was a lifelong cattleman, a passion that started when he was a young man, and continued until his passing. One of his greatest joys was watching his grandchildren play sports. He was an avid Ebarb Rebel and Zwolle Hawk basketball and baseball fan. He enjoyed  deer hunting around his home in Hurricane Valley in earlier years and later in West Texas. Mr. Brandon was a loyal husband, father, and friend. He cherished  his relationships with family, extended family, and friends. He loved reminiscing and would often tell stories of the past, which were always entertaining especially to his grandchildren. He will be greatly missed.
