Funeral services for Annie Ruth Rivers, 76, of Zwolle, LA, will be held on Friday, June 7, 2024 at 10:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Keith Garvin officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Joseph Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Thursday, June 6, 2024, from 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM with a Rosary at 6:30 PM at Warren Meadows Funeral Home, Zwolle, LA.
Annie Ruth Rivers was born on Saturday, December 13, 1947 in Zwolle, LA. She passed away on Monday, June 3, 2024 at her residence in Zwolle, LA.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry Garcie and Angeline (Sepulvado) Garcie; husband, Phillip Paul Rivers; brothers: Freddie Garcie, James Garcie, Henry Garcie, Curtis Garcie, and Jack Garcie; and her sister, Ethel Remedies.
She is survived by her children: Donnie Rivers of Zwolle, LA; Paula Faircloth and husband Jamie of Zwolle, LA, and Angela Rivers of Zwolle, LA; sister, Barbara Lopez and husband Danny of Zwolle, LA; brother, David Garcie (Mary) of Zwolle, LA; sisterin- law, Wanda Garcie of Zwolle, LA; grandchildren: Ashley Procell and husband Courtney, Shelby Williams and husband Dylan, Ashley Faircloth, Destiny Garcie and husband Damien, Kelcie Sepulvado, Jamie Kezerle, Madison Rivers, and Kinslee Sepulvado; great grandchildren: Trendon, Keaton, Dallis, Phillip “PJ” and Maggie Procell, Bentley Carter, Callie Garcie, Haisley Procell, and Baby Williams; along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Pallbearers: Ricky Garcie, Eric Garcie, Gavin Garcie, Dale Remedies, Cody Rivers, and Colby Rivers.
