    Funeral services for O B Cobb, 73, of Noble were held on Thursday, May 1, beginning at 2 p.m. at Rocky Mount Congregational Methodist Church in Robeline with the Rev. Adrian Thompson officiating. Burial followed in the Rocky Mount Cemetery in Robeline. Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 30, beginning at 5 p.m. at Rocky Mount  Congregational Methodist Church in Robeline. O B Cobb was born on Saturday, June 15, 1940 in Natchitoches. He passed away on Monday, April 28, 2014 at Life Care Hospital in Shreveport. He was preceded in death by his parents, Barney and Edith Cobb; his wife, Ruthie Cobb and his step-son, James Williams. He is survived by one son, Darren Cobb and wife, Brenda, of Noble; one step-son, Charles Lynn Williams; one sister, Odell Cobb of Robeline; one brother, O.C. Cobb of Honea Path, SC; six grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Pallbearers were Lynn Oxley, Evan Meshell, Jacob Walker, Lane Broadway, AlbertGraves and Lester Longoria.  Honorary pallbearers were Terrell Scott, Sr. and Curtis Broadway.
