Ralph Jones, 81, of Many went on to glory on November 28, 2020. He was born in Florien on March 30, 1939. Graveside services were held on Monday, November 30th with Bro. Wade Penfield officiating. Services will be held at Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church Cemetery. Ralph graduated from Florien High School in 1957 on the same night his girlfriend and wife of 62 years, Sharon Dale Jenkins Jones graduated from Negreet. Ralph was a hard worker from the beginning, hauling pulp wood, working a dairy farm and chicken houses and finally becoming an expert electrician and plumber. He loved to learn how things work, collect junk that he might need some day, and most importantly, his family. Ralph is preceded in death by his parents, Lee and Audie Jones; brothers, Bo Jones and Glynn Jones; and sister, Joan Pilcher. He is survived by his wife, Dale Jenkins Jones; daughter, Carla Parrie and husband Larry; son, Tracy Jones and wife Deleigh; and grand-daughters, Danya Titus; Madison Rutherford and husband Chris; and sister, Gretchen Stephens. The lights of his life were his 3 great-grandchildren: Rory Titus, Madden Rutherford, and Karsyn Rutherford. God also blessed him with a bonus family that he touched with his love of Christ, Adam Parrie and wife Michelle; Devin Mitchell and husband Shane; Layton Jamison; Slade Jamison; Emily Ramsey and husband Justin; Michael Geoghagan and wife Blair. Bonus grandkids include, Pate; CorLee; Charlie; Memphis; Jake; Jaxton; and Jalee. Ralph’s greatest accomplishment on this Earth was the fact that all of his kids, grandkids, and great-grandkids know the Lord as their personal Savior because he had a very personal, very outspoken relationship with the Savior himself. If you ever had a conversation with him, he told you all about that amazing grace. Pallbearers were Danny Jones, Daniel Jones, Levi Remedies, Brad Sepulvado, Chad Miller, Slade Jamison, Cory Clifton, and Morgan Meshell. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Condolences can be made online to the family at www.rose-neath.com.
