Funeral services for Olin Dyes, 79, of Belmont, were held on Monday, October 12, 2020 at 2:00 at Old Pisgah Baptist Church with Rev. Dean Johnson and Rev. Glenn Howard officiating. Burial followed in the Belmont Cemetery.
Olin Dean Dyes was born on Tuesday, April 8, 1941. He passed away on Thursday, October 8, 2020 at his residence in Belmont.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Cora Dyes Brian and step-father, O. C. Brian; son-in-law, John Williams; and his brothers, Phillip Brian and Gilbert Brian.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia Marceil Dyes of Belmont; daughters, Sondra Harrison and husband Andy of Lumberton, Texas; Karla Williams and Michael Carhee of Belmont; grandchildren, Emma Benjamin and husband Andrew of Natchitoches; John Caleb Williams and Angie of Natchitoches; Lacy Williams of Belmont; and Olivia Harrison of Lumberton, Texas; great grandchildren, Makenna Sepulvado of Belmont; and Jonah Benjamin of Natchitoches; along with a host of other family and friends.
