Funeral services for Vollie Anders, 71, of Robeline, were held on Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at Warren Meadows Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Brad Adamson officiating. Burial followed in the Cedar Grove Cemetery.
Vollie Anders was born on Sunday, December 12, 1948 in Tifton, Georgia. She passed away on Sunday, February 2, 2020 at Natchitoches Regional Medical Center in Natchitoches.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Victor Anders; parents, Jimmy and Janta (Walston) Dixon; three children, Jeff Durley, Tracy Durley and Denise Durley; sister, Anita Tucker; brother, John Wayne Walston.
She is survived by her grandchildren, Adam Durley of Georgia, Anthony Durley of Georgia, Andrew Durley of Georgia, Alex Durley of Georgia, Crystal Durley of Georgia, Amethyst King and husband LaShaun Edmonson of Many, Lacy King and husband William Davis of Ebarb, Tristen Durley of Many, Terin Durley Goodman and husband Chris of Many; special family friend, Kayla Durley of Many; along with a host of great grandchildren; one great great grandchild, family and friends.
Pallbearers were William Davis, Chris Goodman, Tristen Durley, Michael Self, LaShaun Edmonson, Harvey Spikes and Anthony Lowe, Jr.
Honorary Pallbearer was Benjamin King.
