Halvor Lamar Peterson Jr. known to everyone as “Bo,” passed away November 5, 2018. He was born on Octo-ber 21, 1959 in Zwolle. Funeral services were held November 8 at Many Church of the Nazarene with Bros. Daniel Lowe and Dean Johnson officiating. Burial followed in the Spring Ridge Cemetery.He is survived by the love of his life, Deborah Ham Pe-terson of Hemphill, Texas; daughter, Christy Hagler and husband, Judd, of Marshall, Texas; son, Halvor Lamar Peter-son, III and wife, Tanya, of Belmont; mother, Mary Jewel Pe-terson of Many; sisters, Judy Peterson of Many, and Belinda Singletary and husband, Keith, of Marthaville; brothers, Nor-man Peterson and wife, Kim, of Many, Charlie Peterson and wife, Kathy, of Dallas, Texas and Joe Peterson and wife, Leigh, of Belmont; grandchildren, Kendall Hagler, Bailey Lemmons, Conner Lemmons, Austin Ford and Jadyn Peterson; along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends.He was preceded in death by his father, Halvor Lamar Pe-terson, Sr.; father-in-law, J. W. Ham; brother, Bill Peterson; dear friend Melvin House; and cousin, Robert “BoBo” Black-well.Pallbearers were Boyd Peterson, Michael Peterson, William Peterson, David Hubley, Austin Ford and Paul Hammontree.Honorary pallbearers were Larry Neel, Wayne Ham, Jr., Conner Lemmons and Paul Patton.
