Jane Thomas

Graveside services honoring the life of Jane Howard Thomas, 72, were held September 16 at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Pleasant Hill with Father James Moran and the Rev. Charlotte Birdwell officiating. She was born April 7, 1945 to Charles and Jane Brown Jeffress and entered into rest September 14, 2017. She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband of eight years, Kenny Gault; and great granddaughter, Infant Emma Hope Laurence. Those left behind to cherish her memory are her husband of 43 years, William E. Thomas of Pleasant Hill; daughter, Melyssa Snelling and husband, Terrell, of Converse; son, Benjamin Heath Gault and wife, Chriss, of Midland, Texas; brothers, Charles “Chuck” Jeffress III and wife, Becky, of Deville, Wayne Jeffress and wife, Lea, of Alexandria, and John Jeffress of Ball; brother-in-law, David Gault and wife, Denise, of Laneville, Texas; grandchildren, Lee Laurence and wife, Telesia, Benjamin Gault, Gunnar Gault, Halle Gault, Emily Anderson and husband, Rory, and Terrell Thomas Snelling and wife, Paige; six great grandchildren and Adeline Grace due soon. Honoring the life of Jane as pallbearers were Lee Laurence, Terrell Dean Snelling, John Jeffress, Terrell Thomas Snelling, Rory Anderson, Wayne Jeffress, David Gault and Jerry Snelling.
