Funeral services honoring the life of Julia Mae Rabon, 91, were held May 20 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Mansfield with the Rev. Richard Enterkin officiating. Burial followed at Converse Cemetery in Converse. She was born on October 9, 1925 to Albert F. and Maudie Ott and entered into rest on May 17, 2017. She was preceded in death by her two husbands, James Leroy Sebren, O.R. Rabon, Sr.; daughter, Betty Rascoe; and parents, Albert F. and Maudie Ott. Those left behind to cherish her memory are her son, Robert Sebren of Noble; daughter, Patricia Rascoe and husband, Thomas, of Converse; sister, Mildred “Polly” Shows and husband, Claudie, of Keithville; a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, other relatives and friends. Honoring her as pallbearers were Michael Rascoe, Charles “Booger” Paddie, James Douglas Rascoe, Danny G. Raborn, Jeremy Sebren, Josh Rabon, Rocky Sebren, and James Miller.
