    Funeral services for Charles G. Durr, 78, of Pleasant Hill were held March 24 at Spring Ridge Baptist Church with Bros. Marshall Ingle and Jake Wommer officiating. He was born on Monday, March 28, 1938 in Vernon, Texas. He passed away on Sunday, March 19, 2017 at his residence in Pleasant Hill. He was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia A. Durr; parents, Ruben Bueford Durr and Cleo Adams Durr; brothers, Raymond Bueford Durr and Donald Jerry Durr; and sister, Rita Diane Durr. He is survived by his sons, David Charles Durr and wife Tommie of Natchitoches, and Terry Duane Durr and fiancée, Melissa Hardee of Many; daughter, Debra Durr Modica of Flower Mound, Texas; step-daughters, Catherine Fuss of Virginia, and Cherie Wieman of Virginia; step-sons, Joseph Pulzone, II and wife, Camille, of Shreveport and George Pulzone and wife, Carrie, of Pleasant Hill; sisters, Ruby Ann Durr Curtis and husband, Douglas Ray, of Richmond, Missouri and Linda Kay Durr Martone and husband, Richard, of Many; brother, Billy Gene Durr and wife, Kathy, of Denison, Texas; eleven grandchildren; 14 step-grandchildren; four great grandchildren; along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Pallbearers were Tim Martone, Derek Curtis, Melvin Brevelle, David Aaron Durr, Peter A. Modica, Jr. and T. J. Durr.
