Funeral services for Beechel Beatrice Herrington, 89, of Florien were held March 25 at Middle Creek Baptist Church with the Rev. John Lewing officiating. Burial followed in the Middle Creek Cemetery. She was born on Friday, December 16, 1927 in Sabine Parish and passed away on Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at Sabine Retirement & Rehabilitation Center in Many. She was preceded in death by her husband, Norman Herrington; mother, Fannie Brevelle Law; son, Norman Herrington, Jr.; and brothers, Frankie Law and Hamp Law, Jr. She is survived by her son, Kevin Herrington and wife, Trish, of Florien; grandson, Kaleb Herrington and wife, Stormie, of Florien; grandson, Kody Herrington of Florien; granddaughter, Cheyenne Herrington of Florien; great grandson, John Noah Herrington of Florien; sister, Donna Nell Brogden of Shreveport; brother, Jerl Law of Converse; along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
