Funeral services for Jack Dennis Lightfoot, 69, of Many, were held March 12 at Carson Baptist Church with the Reverends Jeff Feibel, Kenny Carter and Wesley Jackson officiating. Burial followed in the Spring Ridge Cemetery.
He was born on Saturday, October 4, 1947 in Zwolle. He passed away on Wednesday, March 8, 2017 at his residence in Many.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Arlest Lightfoot, Sr. and Bernice Isgitt Lightfoot; and brother, Arlest Lightfoot, Jr.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Lightfoot of Many; sons, Keith Lightfoot and wife, Stefanie, of Many and Adam Lightfoot and wife, Elizabeth, of Belmont; daughter, Meredith Meshell of Belmont; sister, Mary Lou Lewis of Bowman, Georgia; grandchildren, Allison Singletary and husband, Dustin, of Shreveport, Kane Lightfoot of Many, Valerie Barnhart of Baton Rouge, Amber Barnhart of Belmont, Kylee Barnhart of Belmont, Katelyn Lightfoot of Belmont, Logan Lightfoot of Belmont and Jacob Lightfoot of Belmont; along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Pallbearers were Kane Lightfoot, Jeffery Lightfoot, Dustin Singletary, Tanner Mizell, Kerry Singletary and Russell Peace.
