Funeral services for Lavern Faye Parish Thomasee, 90, of Many, were held July 25 at Warren Meadows Funeral Home chapel in Many with the Reverends Ronnie Sandifer and Jim Phaup officiating. Burial followed at Aimwell Cemetery in Toledo Bend. Lavern Faye Parish Thomasee was born October 19, 1925 in Marthaville. She passed away on July 23, 2016 at her residence in Many. She is preceded in death by her husband, Frank Thomasee; parents, Cleveland Gordy Parish and Annie Elizabeth Parish and granddaughter, Allison Grace Gentry. She is survived by her daughters, Winona Thomasee Sepulvado and husband, Ray, of Zwolle, Patsy Thomasee Gentry and husband, Earl, of Natchitoches, Sylvia Thomasee Lonadier and husband, Robert, of Ruston and Sharon Thomasee Lonadier and husband, Larry, of Toledo Bend; sisters, Rita Doolittle of Natchitoches, and Vera Gislar of Dallas, Texas; brother, Lodus Parish of Many; nine grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren and host of nieces, nephews and friends.Under the directions of Warren Meadows Funeral Home of Many.
