Funeral services for Mary S. Malmay, 107, of Zwolle, were held May 20 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Tim Hurd officiating. Burial followed in the St. Joseph Cemetery. Mary S. Malmay was born on Thursday, June 4, 1908 in Sabine Parish. She passed away on Tuesday, May 17, 2016 in Keithville. She was preceded in death by her husband, Emmitt Malmay, Sr.; parents, Phillip Sepulvado and Patricia Basco Sepulvado; sons: E. B. Malmay and Jim Malmay; daughter, Elaine Derrick; grandsons, Larry Malmay and Danny Domingue; sons-in-law, Dallas Dominigue and Huey Derrick and daughter-in-law, Theresa Malmay. She is survived by her sons, Jerry Malmay and wife, Ginger, of Zwolle, and Emmitt Malmay, Jr. and wife, Mary Ann, of Magnolia, Texas; daughters, Loraine Sepulvado and husband, Rupert, of Keithville, and Rita Domingue of Houston, Texas; 14 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, 18 great-great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Pallbearers were Jeremy Hall, Jimmy Malmay, Justin Malmay, Dewayne Malmay, Mike Sepulvado, and Patrick Box. Honorary Pallbearers were Bruce Malmay, Mark Sepulvado, Larry Dingle, and Don Domingue.
