Funeral services for Angela Renee Bean, 49, of Anacoco were held May 11, at the Labby Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Leesville, with Thomas Craig and the Rev. Richard LaCour officiating. Burial followed in the Mitchell Cemetery, under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home of Leesville. Renee, the daughter of Cletus Don and Audrey LaNell Withers McInnis, was born on August 6, 1966, in Zwolle. She passed away on Monday, May 9, 2016, at her residence in Anacoco. Renee worked for the Fort Polk Fire Department from 2003 through 2011. She was a volunteer fire fighter for the Anacoco Fire Department. She loved hunting, fishing, her family and faithful sidekick, her dog “Gracie.” She always put others first. According to her family, “She was a force to be reckoned with.” She is survived by her husband of 29 years, Bruce Bean of Anacoco; son, R. T. Laughlin and wife, Emily of Anacoco; daughter, Jessica Ferguson and husband, Kenny of Anacoco; brother, Don McInnis of Anacoco; sisters, Darlene Dixon and husband, Walter of Anacoco and Janell Allbritton and husband, Dale of Simpson; sister-in-law, Ellen Baggs and husband, Kenny of Hornbeck; grandchildren, Randi Brooks and Audrey Laughlin; nieces and nephews, C.
