Services for Leah Annette Eubanks, 48, was held at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 5, 2016 at First Baptist Church in Marthaville. Visitation was from 10 a.m. until the service time in Marthaville. Officiating was the Rev. Brian Ray. Interment followed at Belmont Cemetery in Belmont. Shreveport visitation was held from 5 until 8 p.m. Friday, March 4, 2016 at Rose-Neath Marshall Street Funeral Home in Shreveport. Leah was born on September 3, 1967 to Arlest Edward Lightfoot and Laurice Allbritton Lambert, and passed away with her family by her side on March 1, 2016 in Shreveport. She was a loving mother, wife, daughter, sister, and grandmother. Leah loved her time being a nurse locally as well as traveling in the same profession. She truly enjoyed the outdoors, camping, fishing, spending time in her yard, and had the most contagious smile, anytime spent with her family and friends was most special to her. She spoke her mind and encouraged others to be strong, and have a hard work ethic. Leah also enjoyed making quilts for her grandchildren. She loved her Yorkie Abby. Preceding her in death are her father; grandfather, George I. Allbritton; and her brother, Jason E. Lightfoot. Leaving to cherish her memory is her husband of 5 1/2 years , David Eubanks of Shreveport; Mother, Laurice Allbritton Lambert of Robeline; grandmother, Lena Allbritton of Robeline; son, Kyle Edward Bickham and wife, Hailey of Rowlett, Texas; daughter, Jessica Bickham Downs and husband, Derrick of Plain Dealing; sister, Laura Wilson and husband, R.J. of Hornbeck; grandchildren, Jaylee, Kamorah, Lena, Cohen, Sunnie; step-son, William Eubanks of Shreveport; step-daughter, Courtney Eubanks of Shreveport; and many other relatives and friends. Honoring Leah as pallbearers were Nathan Allbritton, Sonny Bickham, Derrick Downs, Charles Eubanks, Al Joyce, and Kade Moroney.
