Clifton Fox, 91, passed away Sept. 2, in Mansfield. Funeral services honoring his life were held Sept. 5 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home Chapel in Mansfield with the Rev. Bobby Russell officiating. Burial followed in Mitchell Cemetery in Mitchell. Clifton was born in Mitchell to Charlie and Lille Ott Fox. He worked as a parts man for Lowrey Motor Company for 28 years and then worked at Chevyland for 18 years. He proudly served his country in the US Navy. Preceding Clifton in death were his parents, Charlie and Lillie Ott Fox; sisters, Mildred Neel, and Jean Franklin and brother, Curtis Fox. Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 59 years, Lou Fox; son, Roger Fox and wife, Kimberly; daughter, Carolyn Ezernack and husband, Jeff; five grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Honoring the life of Clifton as pallbearers were Jimmy Booker, Doly Love, Ted Booker, Paul Walker, Buddy Love and Brian Walker.
