    Services for Herman Dewayne Parrie, 31, of Zwolle were held July 13 at St. Jo-seph’s Catholic Church in Zwolle. Interment followed in St. Joseph’s Cemetery. The Celebrant was Father Thomas Elavunkal, CMI, pastor of St. John The Baptist Catholic Church in Many.Herman was born in Shreveport on Oct. 22, 1983 and entered into rest on Thursday, July 9, 2015 at LSU Medical Center. He lived in Zwolle and drove a skidder in the logging industry.He was preceded in death by his father, Herman Earl Parrie; grandparents, Phillip Parrie, Sr. and Elvie Parrie; grandmother, Louise Wilker-son; aunts, Connie Parrie and Jodie Louise Parrie and by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.He is survived by his mother, Bonnie Parrie; son, River Herman Dewayne Par-rie; sister, Jessica Marie Par-rie; special friend, Melissa Campbell and several cous-ins and other relatives and friends.Serving as pallbearers were Richard Parrie, Steven Parrie, Jostin Parrie, Joshua Parrie, Rusty Parrie, Trent Parrie, Phillip Etheridge and Randy Ezernack Honorary pallbearer was Jason Parrie.Rose-Neath Funeral HomeMany
