Robert was born on Oct. 31, 1956 to loving parents, Norman and Carolyn Knippers. He passed away with his wife and daughter by his bedside on May 12, 2015. He was preceded in death by his parents, Norman and Carolyn Knippers; grandparents, Amos and Mae Knippers, and Marvin and Zelma Sandel. He is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Lessie Knippers; daughter, Amanda E. Knippers and fiancée, Jordan Mothershed; son, Robert Andrew Knippers and wife, Carolyn; grandson, Nathaniel Knippers; step-grandson, Lucas Ayres and brother, David Knippers and wife, Jennifer Knippers. Robert was the type of person that you loved to be around. He owned and operated Norman Knippers Used Cars; an established business for over 60 years which his father, Norman, founded. He worked alongside his Father as long as his health would allow and eventually Robert became the owner of the business. The family covets your prayers in the days and months ahead.
