Funeral Services for Milton James McFerrin, 96, of Zwolle, were held on April 12 at the Warren Meadows Funeral Home Chapel in Many with the Rev. Jerry Penfield officiating.Burial followed in the Belmont Cemetery in Belmont. Milton James McFerrin was born on Tuesday, March 11, 1919 in Sabine Parish. He passed away on Friday, April 10, 2015 at Toledo Nursing Center in Zwolle. Mr. McFerrin served in the Army Air Corp in WWII. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clifton and Alice Sebren McFerrin; wife of 70 years, Nonnette McFerrin and daughter, DeeDee McFerrin Koss. He is survived by his son, Calvin McFerrin and wife, Karen, of Natchitoches; daughter, Judy Scott and husband, Tommy, of Bossier City; 10 grandchildren; six great grandchildren along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
